Greetings
As global energy and environmental problems have become more serious, woody biomass is attracting attention as a sustainable resource that can be carbon-neutral. Promoting the use of woody biomass resources as a substitute for fossil resources is an extremely important issue. I would like to advance research on chemical conversion technologies that can produce biofuels and useful chemicals from woody biomass resources. I believe that the research results obtained can contribute to the construction of a low-carbon society and a resource-recycling society.
